You know when you hear a song and it reminds you of something? This song just came up randomly on spotify for me. I remember my first serious boyfriend N, being away on a school trip to Europe when I was 16 and him 17. He said he heard this song on the radio, and borrowed money to call home and talk to me! We were together for four, possibly five years. I have so many happy memories of my time with him.
It’s nice to have memories of those amazing times together, and for music to be something that can trigger happy memories. This song still makes me smile so many years later – even nearly 2 decades later! Here’s to our first loves 🙂
