but don’t have the time #678
1. It was very lovely to have my parents, brother and Lovely Bloke’s parents with us on Christmas Day.
2. That we did buy too many Christmas presents for the boys for Christmas.
3. That I need to have more patience with my dad – he’s 68 in February and isn’t as “with it” as I’d like him to be. I don’t know how to express it better than that, and don’t really want to on my blog, but I do worry about him…. It’s role reversal time….
4. That I wish my brother could spend more time with the boys – they love having him around.
5. That John Lewis really do rock – we bought an expensive piece of kit and it’s now gone down in price, so whilst I’ve been writing this blog, they’ve returned my call and refunded us the £150 price difference. This is why we shop with them – they are fab.
6. That something is having an effect on me – I haven’t eaten nearly as much food over the last 48 hours as I would have done previously. There’s change afoot !! And hopefully not just in my feet 😉
7. I can’t think of the rest of the things I want to write!
8. Ah yes, I know. I find it hard to know what to do right now – I don’t want to work – but I don’t know what else to do! I need to get into the groove of being a mum, wife and daughter and just hang out with them… But I don’t know how to! ?????
9. That I think we’ve passed the point of no return for going to Lapland with them. The Lapland holiday reviews are great, but I worry that they are too old for it now?
